I’m a Certified Residential Appraiser, providing valuation services across Central and North Central Ohio. I began my journey as a real estate pro in 2018, and later joined a local appraisal office as their office assistant where I learned to take field notes, and helped them move from taking paper and clipboard to our home inspections to digital formats and new report tools. I became a registered appraiser assistant (trainee) in 2022, and after getting certified in 2025, I began taking my own independent appraisal assignments for various types of clients; including lenders, attorneys, and private individuals in need of residential or rural property appraisal. Whether you’re working on a loan file, estate planning, or simply need a credible value opinion for your real estate, I bring professionalism, local market knowledge, and timely communication to every assignment.
I’m based in North Central Ohio and proudly serve Richland, Marion, Crawford, Morrow, Ashland, Holmes, Coshocton, Delaware, and Knox Counties.
